Livestock guardian pups for sale. These pups are from the same genetics that we use on our own flocks. They are 3/4 Maremma, 1/4 Anatolian Shepard. They really bond onto the sheep and prefer to stay in the flock, there are 7 males, 3 females.
If you have a well-trained dog, you can introduce a puppy to them and let them do a lot of the training to mold them into a trained future guardian dog. Puppies learn a ton of what to do and not do by watching and learning from older dogs.
It’s always nice to have two dogs in case something happens to one of them, then your flock is not left defenseless against predators. You certainly never want your flock to be left alone facing predators at night without a guardian dog. Coyotes can wipe out your flock quickly without 24/7 protection from a guardian dog.
You have a significant investment in your flock of sheep or goats, don’t let them end up being coyote food. Once Coyotes get a taste of your flock, they are much more aggressive and harder to get the killing stopped. Good, trained guardian dogs allow you to sleep at night because you know your flock is protected from the constant threat of predators.

Green Pastures Farm trained guardian dogs are developed in the sheep flock from weaning. Our dogs are bonded onto the flock starting at 8 weeks old. All puppies are given 3 rounds of Parvo shots spaced at 3 week intervals. All pups are from working guardian parents, not pet dogs raised around people.
Our dogs are friendly, but they are bonded onto our sheep flock. They will bark at strangers very aggressively which is what they are bred to do. Our dogs bark at anything that is strange or perceived as a predator to their flock. They are broke to hot wire fences and stay with the sheep. They are trained to eat from our sheep proof guardian dog feeder that holds fresh clean dog food.
